Thanks to all who participated in this first Rhymingplace collaboration! Marvin kindly compiled the poems into a fine manuscript and did all the hard work of getting the book published - and at a very low price for a book of 222 pages!
All the proceeds of this book will be donated to charity so don't be afraid to buy a copy.
For the poets who contributed to the book, Marvin will be providing a link so you can get a copy at the wholesale price.
Thanks everyone and thanks Marvin for doing so much work and dealing with the money side of the book, making the contributions and getting the proofs & etc.

I should receive my copy tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing it!
Glad to hear it has good reviews so far.
Have you tried calling a local newspaper or radio station to announce the book?
When I did mine I got interviewed by the local newspaper and they did a small article on it - though it didn't result in any sales that I am aware of
Radio might be better LOL.

Well out of all the books that have been sold, someone has finally asked me about something in the book, which tells me they actually READ the book and was paying attention.

I thought MR FLOURNOY would have been the first. LOL

Was there another issue?

Well Kind of but if I make it a test then in actually becomes a typical Marvin thing. There was no grammatical error or anything like that. In fact I think it makes the book unique and WILL determine if someone actually pays attention to what they are reading. LOL I wouldn't change it. I want to leave it the way it is. I will not give any clues at this moment.

In fact I thought I noticed it but it didn't register.

I only flipped through it so far to be honest. I didn't notice anything amiss. Looks great.

This is going to be my trademark which I might start doing with any book that follows. (Hint: it has to do with one of my writings.)

The only thing I noticed was page 111: "your breath is getting soar"
Wasn't sure if you intended "sore"

Nope that's not it but that should be "sore". Darn it another grammar error. LOL this is going to be fun. I've got a new trademark. LOL

Oh, sneaky!
I almost did the same thing when we were gathering the poems. I only caught it as I was reviewing stuff before the final manuscript.
Easy to do.

lol So you see...I can tell if someone was really paying attention when reading the book. This may be my trademark. LOL

So I looked on Amazon and this was a little disheartening:
Amazon Best Sellers Rank: #9,824,816
but that's definitely better than my book at:
Amazon Best Sellers Rank: #10,157,542
